How to describe a problem
To help us assist you more quickly, include:
- your phone model and operating system version;
- the app version;

- a screenshot, if it contains no private data;
- the name or location of the place your report concerns.
Do not send your password, sign-in codes or full identity-document details.
Location, camera and photos
The app requests location access to show nearby toilets and calculate the way to them. The camera and gallery are used only when you add a photo of a place. You can change permissions in your phone settings.
Reporting content
Report content if it is false, offensive or infringes privacy or copyright. Use the reporting feature in the app or email us with the place's name and a description of the content. Reports are reviewed, and content that breaks the rules may be hidden or removed.
Map data
Some information comes from the OpenStreetMap project: © OpenStreetMap contributors. The app community adds to the data. Despite moderation, errors or outdated information may occur. Before entering, check the signs and rules that apply at the venue.
The app does not guarantee toilet availability or a right to enter private premises. In a situation that threatens health or life, contact the appropriate emergency services.
