Who writes these guides?
The Gotta Pee! editorial team works with the app publisher, AZ Tomasz Cedro. These are the publisher's own guides, not independent product reviews. They explain the app and help people plan access to a toilet.
What do we base them on?
App instructions are checked against the app's behaviour and source code. Health-related guides use materials from organisations such as the NHS and NIDDK. We link the sources and distinguish their health information from our own practical planning suggestions.
Health information has limits
These guides are not diagnoses, individual treatment plans or articles reviewed by a doctor. Speak with a qualified professional about symptoms or health concerns. Gotta Pee! is a toilet map, not a medical tool.
What does the number of places mean?
The figure of 496,888 places comes from the publisher's database snapshot on 20 October 2026. It is not a live counter and does not mean all those toilets are open, free or personally verified. The map combines OpenStreetMap information with community contributions. Read about coverage and limitations.
Dates and corrections
We show publication dates and update modification dates when the substance changes. If you spot an error, contact us with the page address and the text that needs correcting. Please also report errors about individual toilets inside the app.
